New hotel customer for BALLEYWASL | UNSTK

The building owner and future operator, TT 1884 Hospitality GmbH from Ingelheim, has commissioned the agency's hotel experts to develop the image and brand identity for the WALD.WEIT Rheingau Hotel & Retreat. With the topping-out ceremony on 29 September 2023, the owners will provide the first insight and outlook into a project that has been many years in the making.

High above the banks of the Rhine and just over half an hour from Frankfurt Airport, a hotel is being built that has a real USP: it is a place of power. Planned in a sophisticated symbiosis with the forest, nature and the charm of the Rheingau region, the property impresses with its secluded location in the Hahnwald forest above the village of Kiedrich. The façade, the interior design, the F&B concept, the spa treatments and the energy supply - everything is inspired by nature and in harmony with it. "A wonderful and well thought-out product," states Albert Wasl, who has developed numerous hotel openings and campaigns with the agency over the past 30 years.

Development of a unique corporate design for an unforgettable guest journey

We received the name, an excellent market analysis and the architectural concept as a briefing for the CD development. On this basis, the creatives and designers at BALLEYWASL | UNSTK developed the identity-forming features and communication modules that are necessary for a corporate design and a supporting information architecture. This forms the basis for the future guest journey and experience communication. The target groups are discerning guests who want to take a break and recharge their batteries. Connoisseurs who look forward to a fusion of regional ingredients and fine cuisine. Active holidaymakers who want to hike through the Rheingau or work off their energy on the hotel's own bike trails. Individual holidaymakers who want to discover and experience art and culture in the surrounding area. These experiences are enhanced with emotional photos and moving images and conveyed with storytelling on the website, blog and via social media.

Launch of the pre-opening website: A strategic step to increase awareness

BALLEYWASL | UNSTK is launching a pre-opening website including a blog to accompany the construction phase as a central content hub until the final hotel website. "You can't start collecting data early enough," says Florian Söllner, Managing Partner and responsible for UNSTK, the digital and social media unit of BALLEYWASL | UNSTK. "With the topping-out ceremony and the associated public relations work, we expect interest to skyrocket," says Söllner, emphasising how important community management is in order to involve all stakeholders and future guests.
