Corporate design - from the logo to the style guide

What looks so simple in the end is sometimes an exciting process. Many parameters have to be weighed up in order to finally arrive at a logo and an image that suits the hotel. To the history, the location, the character, the owners or operators. We worked intensively with the owner family Bauer. The result is a logo and visual identity that perfectly suits the hotel and its people. The reactions of guests and the community at Going Live were consistently positive, not least because of our short animation and storytelling. See for yourself.

Build awareness and attract guests - with social media

We found social media channels that were supplied rather haphazardly. Today, content and engagement on Meta with Instagram and Facebook are impressive. On the one hand, we score points with a simple design grid that sets accents with minor modifications. On the other hand, the community and followers are won over by a mix of authenticity and targeted topics. With a little paid budget on the posts and good targeting, the reach and interest of people who were not yet familiar with the Waldhotel Heppe also increases. The guest journey starts here and continues on the new website. 

Visual Content Production

Content is king and essential for success. We were on site with our content producer Andi and spent a day shooting until the lens glowed. Our special skill: we combine photo and video and produce material that can be used for an entire season and beyond. Quality and quantity are precisely tailored to the requirements of images and videos in digital media. 

Website relaunch

Every entrepreneur knows that the website is the most important tool. It is available 24/7 and sets the course for the customer journey. We conceptualised (UX), designed (UI) and built a user-friendly site in WordPress. We integrated Widegst and applications and organised and incorporated all the new and existing content with a lot of brainpower and passion. The result is impressive and quickly became the "virtual employee of the month".
