3 FOX Awards for BALLEYWASL | UNSTK 🚀
The FOX Awards are the seal of efficiency for brand and marketing communication that works. A renowned jury has honoured the brand work of BALLEYWASL | UNSTK three times: for a solid and sustainable strategy, for outstanding and emotionalising content, and for excellent design. Proof once again that integrated and orchestrated brand communication is measurable and successful.
1. the FOX Award Efficiency for the Aestheticum Tübingen
The founders Dr Philipp P. Braun and PD Dr Oliver Lotter successfully entered the plastic and aesthetic surgery market in 2018 with the establishment of Aestheticum Tübingen. The clinic is known in the greater Stuttgart area and far beyond for its modern and inviting interior design and has been able to attract many patients. The clinic team's exceptional expertise and tangible passion for perfection are the basis for countless top ratings.
Now the passionate doctors are aiming for the next level. The goal: to conquer the top 10 private clinics for plastic and aesthetic medicine in Germany. Since autumn 2024, BALLEYWASL | UNSTK has been the lead agency responsible for marketing and communication. We are delighted to be recognised with the FOX Award Efficiency for the results of this first growth phase, in which we have generated measurable impact and growth strategically and visually with new accents and a focused communications mix.






2. the FOX Award Master of Efficiency for AWO Oberbayern
The AWO Oberbayern has no shortage of „customers“. Whether childcare places in daycare centres, senior citizen facilities or in social psychiatry - there is endless demand. This is due to an ageing society, legislative requirements and the changing structures of family and work. The core task is therefore to ensure the operation of over 60 facilities with around 3,500 employees and to maintain a high level of quality.
Above all, this requires people whose profession and vocation is to care for others. Finding these people, attracting them to AWO Oberbayern and retaining them is at the heart of the communication work for the BALLEYWASL | UNSTK team, which will celebrate its anniversary in mid-2024. Lead for employer branding and recruiting have taken over. With a bold appearance, we developed a scenario and filled it with life. Awareness and commitment were massively increased with a clear message. Starting with 160 vacancies, most positions were filled with qualified and motivated people within a few months. An efficient system with modules ranging from content and social media campaigns to the applicant funnel ensures a smooth recruiting process in the long term.





3. the FOX Efficiency for MG Motor Germany
The area of responsibility: the content and social media activities of MG Motor Germany - from ideation and content creation to the targeted playout of content.
We are responsible for the social media channels Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Editorial planning, channel-specific content distribution and community management determine the daily activities of the social media team, flanked by measures for the retail and aftersales areas. Whether it's price sheets, showroom displays or assets for events and the retail organisation - BALLEYWASL | UNSTK is responsible for almost everything that is not related to performance.
It should be emphasised that, thanks to our intensive efforts, we were able to turn around the initially strongly anti-MG and anti-China sentiment in the social media community within six months and have been able to maintain a positive climate ever since.
We are proud to be able to make a valuable contribution to the most successful Chinese car manufacturer in Germany and to support the growth in sales figures and brand awareness.
