The AWO Oberbayern has no shortage of "customers". Whether childcare places in daycare centres, senior citizen facilities or in social psychiatry - there is endless demand. This is due to an ageing society, legislative requirements and the changing structures of family and work. The core task is therefore to ensure the operation of the more than 60 facilities and to maintain a high level of quality. Above all, this requires people whose profession and vocation is to care for others. Finding these people and recruiting them for the AWO Oberbayern is the core of the communication work for the BALLEYWASL | UNSTK team.

We dare to stand out, to exaggerate, to break out of clichés. With a visual language and tone of voice that energises and profiles the image of AWO Oberbayern.

With these lyrics and a customised song composition, AWO Oberbayern's first radio campaign will go live in December 2024. On the most listened-to private station in the greater Munich area, of course: Radio Gong 96.3
Whether roll-ups for an open day at an organisation or as a back drop for a national job fair: the aim here is to attract attention and catch the eye. Bold, modern motifs with people are used. Supplemented with promotional material ranging from merchandising articles to flyers.
Many career pages are complex and complicated. If there is a lack of suitability for conversion from advertising measures, in particular from the supply of traffic from social media measures, we use our tried-and-tested funnel page system. It explicitly collects interested parties from organic and paid social media, engages them via interactive functions and generates data. The result: prequalified leads and an open door for the internal recruiting team.
A presence on social media is not an option, but a must-have. Our Social Media Unit UNSTK assumes operational responsibility for the channels and publishes content with depth at an appropriate pace, which is also packaged in an eye-catching way. AWO Oberbayern is seen and recognised. This is shown by the increasing number of followers and, even more so, the commitment that is channelled through community management. The search for new employees is specifically strengthened with paid ads and geotagging.
Filming will finally start in early summer 2025. A new format that brings moving images to all channels. In a way that is unprecedented for a social organisation. With a title that has a message: ... pssst - stay tuned.
