Content creation - from storyboard to post-production

Your own employees are the best ambassadors - if they are authentic. When designing the social recruiting campaign, we developed a script and storyboard that was tailored to the Gen Z protagonists. We rented flats, provided props and accessories, entertained the youngsters and took them seriously, and turned their work into an experience. It's fascinating to see the acting qualities in the trainees of an industrial company in the chemical industry. See for yourself:

Corporate influencers on social media

Every employee who acts as an ambassador for the employer brand is a corporate influencer. To reach their peers and generate attention, moving images (videos), striking motifs and animations, including mimes, are a tried and tested stylistic device. We often like to use a mix, because once you have good video and image material, you can use it to create lots of creative content.  

Behind the scenes

We laughed a lot and also showed a lot of patience to get the material we had in mind. As is so often the case, it's the take-outs that are the most talked about and smiled about in the company. A lasting and motivating memory - and an invitation to others for the next season.
