New management, new spirit, new image

With the takeover of the management by Outlet Evolution a new spirit is returning. People believe in the potential of the Fashion Outlet in Radolfzell on Lake Constance, which occupies a special position in the market with its special city location. The course is set and the centre management is placed in professional hands. A challenge for BALLEYWASL | UNSTK, as the marketing communication is being put out to tender again. And because we had always recommended more emotion and more digital anyway, we were able to convince with our ambitions, our ideas and our energy. Clear the way for seemaxx reloaded.     

More colour, more life, more joy, more interaction

Finally, the outlet is as colourful and lively as the brands it houses. Colour, typography, imagery - everything is getting a facelift and a new look. More modern, more cheerful and more contemporary. The first major building block: a new website that lives up to its name and acts as a 24/7 ambassador for visitor impulses and customer loyalty. Designed with Figma and realised with WordPress, the new digital presence of the seemaxx Fashion Outlet was created in just a few months.  

Business Booster Social Media

If the catchment area is large and has a relatively low population density, traditional advertising loses relevance for budgetary reasons alone and social media gains in importance. The experts in our Social Media Unit UNSTK have driven forward a strategy and a refresh and synchronise the content and campaigns with promotions and events. At the same time, brand content is enhanced with influencer content produced on site, shot by our content creator team, which shoots seasonal and authentic content once a quarter in close coordination with the centre management and processes it into posts.

„There is also a new spirit “On Premesis" with immediate effect, as the below-the-line measures in the centre have been given a new design quality. How good it is when an agency not only knows social media, but also has a lot of print and sales promotion experience from more than three decades under its belt. The boring advertising for the Lake Constance tourist region is shredded and new, appealing and eye-catching motifs provide buying impulses and increase the average receipt. And because BALLEYWASL | UNSTK always wants to achieve the maximum, we combine analogue and digital communication and live up to our credo: We guide companies and brands along the entire customer journey in the digital age.
